Payments, Refunds, and Scheduling
All Authority Lane™ sessions are reserved in advance and require full payment at the time of booking.
Because availability is limited and reserved exclusively, all payments are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session and are subject to availability. Sessions missed without notice are forfeited.
Limitation of Liability
Hernandez Advisory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or advisory services.
Advisory guidance is provided based on information supplied by the applicant and does not guarantee outcomes.
Confidentiality
Information submitted through this website is treated as confidential to the extent reasonably practicable. However, confidentiality obligations do not arise until an engagement is formally accepted.
